Huang & Huang was founded on the basis of the personnel of the first department of the former Guangdong Maritime Law Firm which was one of the three biggest law firms affiliated to the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province and which was honoured as one of “China’s Top 10 Law Firms” by the Judicial Department of China.
