Huang Anhua graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law. He once worked at a marine insurance surveying company, specializing in marine insurance survey business. He possesses extensive experience in investigating various types of marine insurance incidents and handling related technical issues.He joined Huang & Huang Co. Law Firm in 2012 and became a Senior Partner in 2018. He primarily practices in maritime and shipping legal affairs including carriage of goods by sea, chartering, ship collision/allision, oil pollution damage compensation, marine insurance contracts, and crew personal injury compensation, as well as legal matters in related fields such as insurance and logistics. He currently serves as the board member of the Shipping Law Research Institute of Guangdong Provincial Law Society.

Huang Anhua is particularly knowledgeable and experienced in all stages of maritime investigation, ship salvage, wreck removal and anti-pollution operations.

1. Represented COSCO Shipping Logistics in a RMB 2 million claim against a shipping company in Jiangsu for breach of charter parties;
2. Represented COSCO Shipping Logistics in a RMB1.76 million claim concerning voyage charterparty;
3. Represented the owner of a chemical carrier a in RMB14 million claim brought by Huatai Insurance for damage to ethylene glycol cargo;
4. Represented the carrier of a chemical cargo in a RMB 2 million claim for damage caused by fire when stored at port area;
5. Represented COSCO Shipping Lines in a RMB5.4 million subrogated claim for damage to  containerized goods falling off trailer;
6. Represented the owner of a Vietnamese container vessel in a RMB 9 million claim for heat damage to containerized fresh cargo;
7. Represented the owner of a Vietnamese bulk carrier in a USD 6.5 million claim for heat damage to bulk cargo.
