Ms. Liu graduated from Sun Yat-sen University School of Law.
 
She has been engaged in legal services since graduation, with extensive experience in advising electric power and energy businesses and in civil and commercial litigation.
 
After joining Huang & Huang, Ms. Liu handles predominantly resolution of commercial disputes covering mainly contract, insurance and corporate law by way of litigation, arbitration or other means .
