In order to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the bar exam, the Maritime Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association prepared the Typical Maritime Case Collection, in which the Identification of Freight Forwarders in Carriage of Goods by Sea and the Criteria for the Establishment of Release of Goods without Presenting Bills of Lading-Case of Dispute Over Carriage of Goods by Sea among Electronics Company A, Freight Forwarder B and Shipping Company C handled, provided and commented by our Mr. Huang Hui, and the Analysis on the Conditions of Establishing Lien-Case of Dispute over Lien Filed by Terminal Company A against Shipping Company B and the Analysis on the Conditions of Ship Arrest from a Ship Arrest Failure Case - Case of Dispute over Damages Owing to Ship Arrest Filed by Shipping Company A against International Freight Forwarder B handled, provided and commented by our Ms. Zhang Jing have been recorded.
