Congratulations on Our Firm’s being Selected as One of the First Batch of Mediation Offices

On 4th Jan. 2019, Guangzhou Lawyers Association announced the first batch of 30 law firms that are selected as the mediation offices specializing in various professional fields. After several months of rigorous examination and review, our firm is honored to be selected as the only one eligible mediation office for maritime legal affairs.

The purpose of the establishment of the law firm-based mediation offices is to implement the Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court and the Ministry of Justice of the PRC on the Pilot Work on Lawyers’ Mediation and the Implementation Plan of the Pilot Work on Lawyers’ Mediation promulgated by the Higher People’s Court and the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, give full play to lawyers’ professional and practical advantages in preventing and resolving conflicts and disputes, and promote the pilot work of lawyers’ mediation in our city.
